Colombo - Markets, Textiles and Bawa

Guided Pettah Market walk for spices, fruit, tea, textiles and street snacks. Afternoon gallery, textile studio, concept store or Geoffrey Bawa architecture stop. Rooftop tasting plates at sunset. Overnight in Colombo.

Colombo to Bentota - Garden Picnic

Travel south to Bentota. Visit Lunuganga, Brief Garden or a confirmed tropical garden and design experience. Private garden picnic with seasonal fruit, local breads, chutneys, tea and Sri Lankan sweets. Overnight in Bentota.

Bentota to Galle

Craft and Architecture Morning craft, mask, batik or cinnamon-related experience. Continue to Galle Fort. Afternoon architecture walk through the lighthouse, ramparts, merchant houses, courtyards, galleries and cafes. Overnight in Galle.

Galle Fort

Living Gallery and Coastal Table Morning photography walk through pastel walls, antique doors, boutique lanes and sea-facing ramparts. Afternoon chef-led cooking session using seafood, cinnamon, curry leaves, coconut and southern coastal ingredients. Overnight in Galle.

Galle - Matara Coast - Kandy

Managed scenic transition day. Depart early for Matara, Weligama or Ahangama coastal stops, including stilt fisherman photography or a cinnamon story experience. Continue inland to Kandy with no heavy afternoon activities. Overnight in Kandy.

Kandy

Gardens, Temple and Spice Atelier Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. Afternoon spice atelier exploring cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper and curry powder blending. Overnight in Kandy.

Kandy to Hatton - Tea Highlands

Drive into tea highlands and check in to a tea bungalow or estate retreat. Afternoon tea terroir tasting, comparing aroma, elevation, processing and flavour like a wine tasting. Overnight in Hatton.

Hatton - Slow Tea Living

Tea plucking with estate workers, a factory visit and a private estate picnic. Afternoon at leisure for sketching, reading, photography or estate walking. Overnight in Hatton.

Hatton to Ella - Scenic Rail

Travel via Nanu Oya to Ella by scenic train where possible. Visit Nine Arch Bridge if timing allows. Evening mountain-view dinner using local vegetables and spices. Overnight in Ella.

Ella to Sigiriya

Morning Little Adam’s Peak or a tea-field viewpoint. Drive north to Sigiriya with comfort stops. Evening resort dinner surrounded by dry-zone landscapes. Overnight in Sigiriya.

Sigiriya and Dambulla

Sunrise climb of Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Visit Dambulla Cave Temple for murals and sculptural interiors. Continue to Colombo. Overnight in Colombo.

Colombo - Departure

Final cafe, gallery, tea or shopping stop depending on flight time. Private airport transfer. Departure.
